We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our leather goods and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique return authorization code and shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached, and pack it securely in the original MAHI Leather dust bag and box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
