We exclusively use 100% full-grain leather, which is the highest quality available. Our leather is vegetable-tanned to ensure durability and a natural finish that develops a beautiful patina over time.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. International orders may take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can I personalize my leather bag?
Yes, we offer custom embroidery and embossing services for most of our products. You can add initials or a name in various font styles directly on the product page before adding it to your cart.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all non-personalized items. Products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Please note that custom-embossed items are final sale.

To maintain the quality of your leather, we recommend using a high-quality leather conditioner every 3-6 months. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture to prevent cracking or staining.
Do you offer a warranty on your bags?
Every MAHI Leather product comes with a 1-year manufacturing warranty that covers defects in materials and craftsmanship, including hardware failures and stitching issues.
